§ 1. In art. 19 al. 7 shall be amended as follows:

(7) the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers, when by law or an act of the Council of Ministers participating in councils, committees, commissions, authorities, or control of the funds and other accounts, do not receive remuneration.
