I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law for repeal of the law on the adoption of a declaration within the meaning of art. 42, § 1 of the Convention concerning international carriage by rail (COTIF) transport, signed on 9 May 1980 in Bern, passed by the National Assembly of the HLI 7 November 2012.

repealing the law on adoption of the Declaration within the meaning of art. 42, § 1 of the Convention concerning international carriage by rail (COTIF) transport, signed on 9 May 1980 in Berne

Article only. The law on the adoption of a declaration within the meaning of art. 42, § 1 of the Convention concerning international carriage by rail (COTIF) transport, signed on 9 May 1980 (SG. 95) in Bern, is hereby repealed.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly of 7 November 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
