Act supplementing the Law on Health Insurance (prom. § 1. In art. 54 create par. 9, 10 and 11:
"(9) In the cases under par. 8, when the law on the NHIF budget for next year provides funding for new medical services, dental services, respectively, medicinal products and medical devices for which current until NFA does not contain requirements of Art. 55, para. 2, they are decided by the supervisory board of the NHIF on a proposal from the Governor of the NHIF.
(10) In the cases under par. 8 to changes in the basic package of health services under Art. 45 guaranteed by the NHIF budget, requirements of Art. 55, para. 2 for medical activities, respectively dental activities, medicines and medical devices are determined by a decision of the supervisory board of the NHIF on a proposal from the Governor of the NHIF.
(11) The Minister of Health coordinate decision under par. 9 and 10 within 7 days of its submission and published in the "Official Gazette". "
§ 2. In art. 59 made the following supplements:
1. In para. 1 shall be added "and / or decision under Art. 54, para. 9 or 10. "
2. In para. 3 create second and third sentences: "In the cases of art. 54, para. 9 and 10, as well as changes to existing law to contracts under par. 1 conclude additional agreements. When not applied and / or are not concluded supplementary agreements in terms of art. 59a and 59b, the contracts under par. 1 terminated. "
§ 3. In art. 59a make the following additions:
1. In para. 3 finally added "except under par. 6 and Art. 59 para. 3, second sentence ".
2. Created al. 4, 5 and 6:
"(4) In the cases of art. 54, para. 9 and 10 the term under par. 1 run from the day of promulgation of the decision of the supervisory board of the NHIF in the "Official Gazette".
(5) If due to changes in current legislation is necessary conclude additional agreements, applications under par. 1 shall be submitted within 30 days after the entry into force of the change.
(6) In the cases of art. 54, para. 8 medical institutions were not medical care in the previous year, submit applications under par. 1 in terms determined by a decision of the supervisory board of the NHIF. "
§ 4. In art. 59b para. 1 and 2 after the word "contract" is added "additional agreement".
Final provision
§ 5. The Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on January 10, 2013 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
