Article single. Ratified the Agreement on Common Aviation Area between the EU and its Member States on the one hand, and the Republic of Moldova, on the other hand, signed on 26 June 2012 in Brussels.

Final provision Sole paragraph. Law shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on March 1, 2013 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
