Ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of Romania to establish a joint marketing structure - operator of a new combined (road and rail) bridge between the two sides of the Danube between Vidin (Bulgaria) and Calafat (Romania) signed on 28 February 2013 in Sofia.

Final provision Sole paragraph. Law shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
Law was adopted by the 42 th National Assembly on May 30, 2013 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
