amending the law on youth (SG. 31 by 2012.)

§ 1. In art. 10 is hereby amended as follows: 1. In para. 1 the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" are replaced with "Minister of youth and sports".

2. in the Al. 3, item 1 the words "Deputy Minister of education, youth and science, Deputy Minister of economy, energy and tourism, Deputy Minister of regional development and public works" and "Deputy Minister of physical education and sports" are replaced with "Minister of youth and sports, Deputy Minister of economy and energy", "Deputy Minister of investment design" and "Minister of State for education and science".

3. in the Al. 5, the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" are replaced with "Minister of youth and sports".

4. in the Al. 6 all over the words "education, youth and science" are replaced by "youth and sport".

1. In r. V the words "Ministry of education, youth and science" are replaced by "Ministry of education and science".

2. p. XI, the words "Ministry of physical education and sport ' shall be replaced by" Ministry of youth and sport ".

§ 46. § 48. In the law on tourism (SG. 30 of 2013) is hereby amended as follows:

1. In art. 7, para. 2, item 1 the words "Deputy Minister of regional development and public works" shall be replaced by ' Deputy Minister for regional development ", the words" Deputy Minister of education, youth and science "are replaced by" Deputy Minister for education and science "and the words" Deputy Minister of physical education and sport ' shall be replaced by ' Deputy Minister of youth and sports ".

2. In art. 79, para. 5, the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" are replaced with "Minister of education and science".

3. In art. 146, para. 2 the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" and the "Minister of physical education and sports" are replaced with "Minister of education and science and the Minister of youth and sports".

4. In art. 161, para. 6 the words "Minister of regional development and public works" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of regional development".

§ 49. In the law on physical education and sports (official SG. § 51. In the Act of gambling (official SG. 26 from 2012; amend., SG. 54, 82 and 94 by 2012) is hereby amended as follows:

1. In art. 18, al. 1 the words "Minister of economy, energy and tourism" are replaced with "Minister of economy and energy".

2. In art. 44, para. 2 the words "the Minister of regional development and public works" are replaced with "Minister of investment design."

3. In other texts of the Act, the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" are replaced with "Minister of education and science" and the words "Minister of physical education and sport, Minister of physical education and sport and the Department of physical education and sports" are replaced with "Minister of youth and sport, Minister of youth and sports and Ministry of youth and sport".

§ 52. 1. In art. 94, para. 6, the words "the Minister of education, youth and science" are replaced with "Minister of education and science".

2. In art. 114, para. 1 the words "Ministry of education, youth and science" are replaced by "the Ministry of education and science".

§ 55. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
