§ 1. Article 1 shall be amended as follows:

§ 2. In the transitional and final provisions be made the following amendments:
1. In § 5 the number "160" is replaced by "200".
2. In § 9 para. 10 the number "189" is replaced by "217". 3
. In § 13 para. 1 the number "2.0" is replaced by "3.0".
4. A § 14a:
"§ 14a. The Council of Ministers can take external debt, including by issuing government securities in international markets, totaling to 1.0 billion. Lev or its equivalent in another currency in terms of ratification. "
5. A § 57a:
"§ 57a. Sentence in the case № ICC 17339 / GZ / MHM amounts are recorded as revenue in the budget of the Ministry of Finance for 2013 "
Final provisions
§ 3. Instructs Cabinet to approve the budget and performance of the Ministry of investment projects within the parameters of art. 1.
§ 4. The revenues from the sale of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions to the amount of expected revenues of 236.2 million. Lev is spent in accordance with Art. 35, para. 5 and 6 of the Energy Act and art. 58, para. 2 of the Law on energy efficiency in order determined by the Council of Ministers.
Law was adopted by the 42 th National Assembly on August 1 and August 16, 2013 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
