amending the law to settle the rights of citizens with very old residential-savings accounts (official SG. 82 1991; amend., SG. 62 and 94 of 1992; Corr., no. 9 of 1993; amend., SG. 90, 1993, 16/1996, no. 123 of 1997 No. 33 of 1998 No. 9 and 34 in 2000. , PC. 31 of 2003, PCs. 30, 2006, issue. 100 of 2008, PCs. 44 of 2009; Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 10 of 2009 – PCs. 97 of 2009; amend., SG. 99 of 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 4 and Al is created. 4:

"(4) a right under para. 1 may take place and after approval of the final lists under art. 4. "

§ 2. In art. 6, al. 1 is hereby amended as follows:

1. point 4 shall be replaced by the following:

4. budgetary subsidies, the amount of which shall be determined by the law on the State budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for the year concerned; ".

2. Point 6 is replaced by the following:

"6. fifty percent of the proceeds from the sale of residential and holiday property forfeited to the State with a judicial act."

§ 3. In art. 7 make the following amendments and additions:

1. In paragraph 8. 5, the words "para. 3 "shall be replaced by" para. 4. "

2. Al are created. 6 and 7:

(6) payment of compensation levovite is carried out by the national compensation through the local housing commissions under art. 8, al. 2 pursuant to licence applications completed rights under para. 4.

(7) in the shortage of funds in the budget for the current year obligations for outstanding Govt compensation under para. 6 shall include the amount of the subsidy under art. 6, al. 1, item 4 on the basis of the adopted medium-term budget estimate and shall be paid in accordance with para. 6. "

§ 4. In the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending the law on the settlement of the questions of citizens with perennial residential-savings accounts (official SG. 100 from 2008; amend., SG. 44 and 99 of 2009) in § 11 para. 3 the words "within 5 years of the entry into force of this Act" are replaced by "within 30 November 2016, including".

Final provisions

§ 5. The law on the amendment of the tax-insurance procedure code (SG, no. 98 of 2013) § 10 Finally added, "with the exception of § 7, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 – i.e. on the second part of annex 2 to chapter nineteen", and point 7, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2014. ".

§ 6. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of section 4, which shall enter into force on November 20, 2013, and § 5, which shall enter into force on 1 December 2013.

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on 20 November 2013 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
