LAW amending the law on animal husbandry (official SG. 65 since 2000; amend., no. 18 of 2004, no. 87 and 105 by 2005, issue 30, 34, 80 and 96 06, no. 51 and 53 of 2007 No. 36 and 43 of 2008 26th/2010 8/2011 59/by 2012 and 66 by 2013)

§ 1. In art. 15, para. 4 item 1 is repealed.

§ 2. In art. 29, para. 1, item 1 (a) is repealed.

Final provisions

§ 3. In the law for helping farmers (official SG. 58 of 1998; amend., SG. 79 and 153 of 1998, no. 12, 26, 86 and 113 of 1999 No. 24 of 2000 No. 34 and 41 of the 2001 46/96 and by 2002, no. 18 of 2004, no. 14 and 105 by 2005. , PC. 18, 30, 34, 59, 80, 96 and 108 of 2006, St. 13, 53 and 59 since 2007, PCs. 16, 36, 43 and 100 of 2008, PCs. 12, 32, 82, and 85 of 2009, PCs. 59 by 2010, PC. 8 by 2011, issue. 38 by 2012 and St. 15, 66 and 101 by 2013) art. 10B, 10 c, 10 d and 10E are hereby repealed.

§ 4. In the storage and handling of grain (official SG. 93 of 1998; amend., SG. 101 of 2000, Nos. 9 and 58 from 2003 and 69/105 by 2005, issue 30, 34, 55, 80 and 82 of 2006, no. 53 of 2007, 16, 54, 69 and 100 from 2008, issue 88 by 2010. , PC. 8 by 2011, issue. 38 by 2012 and St. 15 of 2013) make the following amendments and supplements: 1. In art. 4 (a), para. 1, item 2) ("and" is repealed.

2. In art. 11A, para. 2:

a) points 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10 shall be repealed;

(b) that is created) 13:

13. certificate of the presence or absence of public obligations under art. 87, para. 6 of the tax-insurance procedure code. "

3. In art. 11 (b):

a) points 4 and 5 are repealed;

(b)) is created point 7:

4. In art. 11 (e), para. 1 the word "15 days" shall be replaced by "10-day".

5. In art. 11, al. 1 the word "15 days" is replaced by "5-day".

6. In art. 11 h, para. 1 the word "15 days" shall be replaced by "10-day".

7. In art. 12 al. 2 shall be amended as follows:

"(2) the Minister of agriculture and food amends the licence of public grain storage in the event of a change in the data entered in the licence: 1. increase or decrease the capacity;

2. change of the legal form of public storage;

3. a change in the name, seat and address of management of public storage. "

8. In art. 12 al. 2 shall be amended as follows:

"(2) the national Office of the nipple of the amended certificate of registration z″rnohraniliŝeto in the event of a change in the data entered in the certificate:

1. increase or decrease the capacity;

2. change of the legal form of the entity – owner and/or tenant of warehouses;

3. a change in the name, seat and address of management of legal person-owner and/or tenant. "

9. in art. 24, para. 4 item 1 is repealed.

§ 5. In the law on the control of narcotic substances and precursors (promulgated, SG. 30 of 1999; amend., 63/2000, no. 74, 75 and 120 of 2002, no. 56 of 2003, issue 76, 79 and 103 by 2005, issue 30, 75 and 82 of 2006, no. 31 and 55 in 2007, issue 36, 43 and 69 since 2008. , PC. 41, 74, 82 and 93 from 2009, PCs. 22 of 2010; Corr, PCs. 23 of 2010; amend., SG. 29, 59 and 98 of 2010, PC. 8, 12, 60 and 61 by 2011, issue. 83 and 102 from 2012 and St. 52 and 68 by 2013) in art. 29 in the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the text before point 1 shall be replaced by the following: "on release for free circulation, importers shall provide the Customs authorities a licence for imports of hemp on the model in accordance with Annex I of Regulation (EC) no 507/2008 of 6 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) no 1673/2000 on the common organisation of the markets in flax and hemp grown for fibre (OJ L 38, 149/7 June 2008). The licence shall be issued by the Minister of agriculture and food of the importers ".

2. Paragraph 5 shall be repealed.

§ 6. In the law on Forests (official SG. 19 of 2011; amend., SG. 43 from 2011, issue 38, 60, 82, and 102 from 2012 and PCs. 15, 27 and 66 by 2013) in art. 224, para. 3 paragraph 2 shall be replaced by the following:

"2. the unified identification code BULSTAT;".

§ 7. The law of surplus stocks of agricultural and sugar products (promulgated, SG. 88 from 2006; amend., SG. 96 06, issue 36, 43 and 54 of 2008 and no. 12, 32 and 82 since 2009) is repealed.

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on 11 December 2013 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
