Law amending the Law on Geodesy and Cartography (prom. SG. 29 of 2006 .; amend., SG. 57 and 109 of 2007 SG. 36 of 2008, pcs. 19 and 74 of 2009, pcs. 77 2010 SG. 77 of 2012 and SG. 66 of 2013)
sole Paragraph . In art. 6 The following amendments and additions:
1. In para. 3 in the text before item. 1, 'materials and data under par. 2 'are replaced by' materials and information under par. 1 "and the words" third parties "shall be added" except under par. 4 ".
2. A par. 4:
"(4) The provision of materials and information under par. 1 is carried out free of charge:
1. the exchange between the Ministry of Investment Design, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior in connection with the implementation of activities under this Act;
2. in exercising the powers of the Minister of Investment Design, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior under international treaties; 3
. the exchange of data between the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and municipalities to implement their powers conferred by law;
4. to prevent the risks of disaster or the occurrence of such;
5. for the needs of scientific organizations and universities in connection with the exercise of their research, funded by public funds. "
