§ 1. In art. 69 is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
"(1) servicemen entitled to a pension upon release from service regardless of their age at 27 years total pension, two thirds of which actually served as soldiers under the Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic Bulgaria. "
2. In para. 4 words "para. 2 and 3 "are replaced with" para. 1, 2 and 3 ". 3
. Paragraph 5 is repealed.
4. In para. 8 words "para. 4, 5 and 7 "are replaced with" para. 4 and 7 ".
§ 2. In the transitional and final provisions be amended as follows:
1. In § 4 para. 1 is amended as follows:
"(1) Until December 31, 2014 including those who worked 10 years under the first category of labor or 15 years under the second category of labor can retire at the age of age 47 years and 8 months for women and 52 years and 8 months for men in the first category of employment or 52 years and 8 months for women and 57 years and 8 months for men in the second category of work, and if they have a collection of retirement and old age 94 for women and 100 for men. "
2. In § 5:
a) paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
"(1) Until December 31, 2020 including teachers acquire retirement age and three years earlier than the age at Art. 68, para. 1 and teacher retirement 25 years and 8 months for women and 30 years and 8 months for men. "
B) in para. 3 words "Art. 68, para. 1 and 2 "are replaced by" Art. 68, para. 1 ';

C) in para. 4 everywhere the words "Art. 68, para. 3 "are replaced with" Art. 68, para. 2 ".
Final provision
§ 3. This Act shall enter into force on January 1, 2014
