amending the law on the recognition of professional qualifications (official SG 13 of 2008; amend., SG. 41 and 74 from 2009, no. 98 of 2010, issue 8, 9, 43 and 61 of the 2011 and 2013 68)

§ 1. In art. 72, para. 1 the following endorsements are added:

1. In paragraph 3 it finally puts a comma and add "acceded to the European Union before the Republic of Bulgaria".

4. from the date referred to in Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of professional qualifications – for Member States acceded to the European Union in the Republic of Bulgaria. "

§ 2. In § 5 of the supplementary provisions after the word "intermediaries", the words "and" shall be deleted and add "and of Directive 2013/25/EC of the Council of 13 may 2013 adapting certain directives in the field of the right of establishment and freedom to provide services, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia (OJ L 158/368 of 10 June 2013).
