§ 1. Art is created. 14A:

"Art. 14. The right to organize and carry out an individual or group practice for primary care, after registration by the procedure of art. 40, and doctors have adopted for the training of specialists in general medicine, for a period not exceeding the prescribed by the order of art. 181, para. 1 of the Health Act training period for the acquisition of the specialty. "

§ 2. In art. 40, para. 1, item 5 Finally add "(a) in the cases under art. 14A – document that the person is accepted for the training of specialists in general medicine.

§ 3. In art. 45, para. 1 item 9 shall be established:

"9. upon the expiration of the time limit under art. 14 and, in cases where the doctor is not acquired specialization in general medicine.

Transitional and final provisions

§ 4. (1) the doctors under § 94 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on health (SG. 41/2009) to 2 June 2014 have not gotten specialization in general medicine, but are assigned to acquire this specialty may continue to operate as individual or group practice of primary care for a period of 5 years from the entry into force of this law.

(2) after the expiry of the period referred to in para. 1 registration in the regional health survey of doctors under para. 1 who have not acquired specialization in general medicine, is deleted.

§ 5. (1) general practitioners, including doctors in § 94 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on health (SG. 41/2009) to 2 June 2014 are not assigned to acquire a specialization in general medicine, may continue to operate as individual or group practice of primary care for a period of 5 years from the entry into force of this law provided that is allocated for the acquisition of general medical specialty within one year of the entry into force of this law.

(2) after the expiry of the period referred to in para. 1, in which doctors can continue to work as an individual or group practice for primary care, registration in the regional health inspection of doctors who haven't gotten specialization in general medicine, is deleted.

§ 6. The provisions of § 4 and 5 shall not apply to doctors who operate as individual or group practice of primary care under the terms of § 95 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on health (SG. 41 by 2009).

§ 7. The law shall enter into force on 3 June 2014.

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on 30 may 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
