Since 2005, PCs. 46 and 105, 2006, issue. 24, 59 and 113 of 2007, PC. 54 and 109 from 2008, PCs. 6 of 2009, PCs. 100 by 2010, PC. 57 and 105 in 2011.)

§ 1. In § 1 of the appendix to the law on ownership (official SG. 46 of 2006; amend., 105/2006, no. 113 (2007) 109/2008 and no. 105 of 2011) make the following amendments and additions:

1. The current text becomes paragraph 1 and in her words "State and municipal property" shall be replaced by "estate – private State or municipal property, and the words" 31 December 2014 "shall be replaced by ' 31 December 2017".

2. a para. 2:

"(2) by 30 June 2015, the Council of Ministers shall submit to the National Assembly a plan of action, containing all the necessary measures to be taken by the appropriate State and local authorities, with a view to compliance with the time limit referred to in paragraph 1. 1. "

Final provision

§ 2. The law goes into effect from 31 December 2014.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 18 December 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
