amending and supplementing the law on road traffic (official SG. 20 of 1999; amend., no. 1 of 2000 and 43/76 of 2002, no. 16 and 22 of 2003, issue 6, 70, 85 and 115 of 2004, no. 79, 92, 99, 102, 103 and 105 by 2005, issue 30, 34, 61 , 64, 80, 82, 85 and 102 in 2006, PCs. 22, 51, 53, 97 and 109 from 2007, PCs. 36, 43, 69, 88 and 102 by 2008, PCs. 74, 75, 82 and 93 from 2009, PCs. 54, 98 and 100 by 2010, PC. 10, 19, 39 and 48 by 2011; Decision No. 1 of the Constitutional Court by 2012 – PCs. 20 by 2012; amend., SG. 47, 53, 54, 60 and 75 by 2012 PCs. 15 and 68 in 2013, PCs. 53 and 107 by 2014 and PCs. 14 and 19 by 2015.)

§ 1. In art. 15, para. 7 the word "motor" is replaced by "road".

§ 2. In art. Al 99. 3 shall be replaced by the following: "(3) the Municipal Council determines the price for parking places in the Al. 1, as well as the conditions and procedures for the payment of the leaders of the special Corps of the municipality or of a legal person under art. 12, al. 1, item 13 of the public procurement Act, which granted the management of these sites, including annual investment plan. "

§ 3. In art. 99 a, para. 1, after the word "community" shall be added "or an official authorised by him".

§ 4. In art. 167, para. 2, item 2, the word "charge" is replaced by "price", and the word "charge" is replaced by "price".

§ 5. Art is created. 178 is:

"Art. 178. A fine of 50 to 200 EUR a person who parks a vehicle in parks, gardens, playgrounds, areas intended for pedestrians only, and on sidewalks in the settlements beyond the authorized places. "

§ 6. In art. 183, para. 3 section 2 is repealed.

§ 7. In § 12 of the additional provisions of the law amending the law on road traffic (SG. 19 by 2015) point 2 shall be replaced by the following:

"2. the Directive 2015/413/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2015 to facilitate the cross-border exchange of information regarding traffic offenses related to road safety (OB, L 68/9 of 13 March 2015)."

Final provisions

§ 8. 1. In paragraph 8. 2, after the word "rights" is added "including under para. 3. "

2. a para. 3: "(3) the use of municipal sidewalks, plazas and street lanes or parts thereof as areas for paid and free parking under the law on road traffic is determined by an Ordinance of the City Council."

§ 9. The roads Act (promulgated, SG. 26 of 2000; amend., 88/2000, 111/2001, and 47/118 of 2002, no. 9, 112 since 2003, issue 6 and 14 of 2004, no. 88 and 104 of 2005, no. 30, 36, 64, 102, 105 and 108 of 2006. , PC. 59 since 2007, PCs. 43 and 69 since 2008, PCs. 16, 32, 41, 42, 75, 82 and 93 from 2009, PCs. 87 from 2010, PC. 19, 39, 55 and 99 from 2011, issue. 38, 44, 47 and 53 by 2012 PCs. 15 and 66 by 2013, PCs. 16, 53 and 98 by 2014 and PCs. 10 and 14 by 2015.) in art. 20 al. 5 shall be amended as follows:

"(5) the heads of the managing authorities of operational programmes may conclude agreements with the Chairman of the Management Board of the Agency" road infrastructure for the implementation of projects financed from the funds of the European Union. "
