To be published in the Official Gazette the law for ratification of the agreement for the provision of advisory services for the establishment of a Fund of funds financial management tools in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria and the International Bank for reconstruction and development, adopted by the National Assembly of HLIIÌ 6 November 2015.

of ratification of the agreement for the provision of advisory services for the establishment of a Fund of funds financial management tools in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria and the International Bank for reconstruction and development

Art. 1. Ratify the agreement for the provision of advisory services for the establishment of a Fund of funds financial management tools in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria and the International Bank for reconstruction and development, signed on 14 September 2015 in Sofia.

Art. 2. Agrees that the agreement under art. 1 not to be promulgated in the State Gazette.

Final provision

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 6 November 2015 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
