To be published in the Official Gazette the law for ratification of the General Agreement between the European Bank for reconstruction and development and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria for the provision of advisory services on the establishment of a Fund of funds and Manager of the Fund of funds for implementation of the financial instruments in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, HLIIÌ adopted by the National Assembly on 6 November 2015.

ratification of the General Agreement between the European Bank for reconstruction and development and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria for the provision of advisory services on the establishment of a Fund of funds and Manager of the Fund of funds for implementation of the financial instruments in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020.

Art. 1. Ratify the General Agreement between the European Bank for reconstruction and development and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria for the provision of advisory services on the establishment of a Fund of funds and Manager of the Fund of funds for implementation of the financial instruments in the operational programmes of the European Union for the period 2014-2020, signed on 1 October 2015.

Art. 2. Agrees that the agreement under art. 1 not to be promulgated in the State Gazette.

Final provision

Paragraph only. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on 6 November 2015 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
