To be published in the Official Gazette the law for ratification of the agreement on the participation of the Republic of Croatia in the European economic area (EEA), the three related protocols and the final act to the agreement adopted by the HLÌÌI National Assembly on 15 April 2016.

Article only. Ratified the agreement on the participation of the Republic of Croatia in the European economic area (EEA), the three related protocols: additional protocol to the agreement between the Kingdom of Norway and the European Union (EU) for the financial mechanism of Norway for the period 2009-2014 as a result of the participation of the Republic of Croatia in the EEA, the additional protocol to the agreement between the European Economic Community and Iceland consequent on the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the EU, and the additional protocol to the agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway consequent on the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the EU, and the final act to the agreement, signed by Bulgarian side on 10 December 2014 in Brussels.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on April 15, 2016 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
