amending the law on the Organization of the Black Sea coast (published SG., 48 of 2007; amend., SG. 36 and 67 in 2008, issue 19, 82 and 92 from 2009, no. 45 and 82 by 2012, issue 27, 28 and 66 by 2013; Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 12 by 2013 – No. 105 by 2013; amend. , PC. 40 and 98 by 2014, PC. 9, 61 and 101 by 2015 and St. 20 by 2016)

§ 1. In art. 10, para. 2 item 9 shall be repealed.

§ 2. Art is created. 10A:

"Art. 10A. In zone "a" permitted camping outside campsites categorized under conditions and in accordance with procedures laid down in the law on tourism and the specific rules and standards laid down in other laws. "

Final provision

§ 3. Paragraph 2 shall enter into force upon the entry into force of the terms and conditions for camping outside campsites categorized as defined in the law on tourism.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 of 28 April 2016 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
