Amendment of the law on private security activities (official SG. 15 of 2004; amend., SG. 105 by 2005, issue 30, 34, 80 and 82 of 2006 and 53/109 of 2007 No. 69 since 2008, issue 35, 59 and 73 of the 2010/2011 43, no. 44 by 2012. , PC. 53 by 2014 and PCs. 14 by 2015.)

§ 1. In art. 6 make the following amendments and supplements: 1. The current text becomes paragraph. 1.

2. a para. 2:

"(2) the Minister of the Interior shall determine by regulation the modalities for carrying out the personal security of individuals."

Final provision

§ 2. Within two months of the entry into force of this Act, the Minister of the Interior issued Ordinance referred to in art. 6, al. 2.

The law was passed by the National Assembly-43 on June 15, 2016 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
