Act amending the Water Act (prom. § 1. In art. 118h pt. ​​4 is amended as follows:
"4. where this part of the river falls within protection zones under Art. 119a para. 1, p. 5, except the sections, which under Art. 140, para. 6 is a recognized need of seizure; ".
§ 2. In art. 140 made the following amendments:
1. In para. 3:
a) the text before item. 1 is amended as follows: "The activities of art. 138, para. 4 pt. 5, whose implementation is provided by regional governors and mayors under par. 4, 5 and 6 are financed by the Interdepartmental Commission for Reconstruction and Assistance at the Council of Ministers, provided that they are included in the Annual Implementation Plan of the National Programme to reduce disaster risk and include: ";
B) the item. 6:
"6. cleaning river beds of alluvial deposits to ensure normal conduction. "
2. Paragraph 6 is amended as follows:
"(6) Where inspection of the interministerial committee under par. 4 pt. 1 and par. 5 pt. 1 found that maintaining the conductivity of the riverbed required removal of alluvial deposits or plans of art. 151, para. 2 pt. 2, letter "c" are included measures to ensure the conductivity of river beds due to accumulated sediment deposits that create the risk of flooding, the governor:
1. organize and outsource the cleaning necessary to ensure normal conduction of the river bed;
2. coordinate activities with the competent environmental authority. "
third. Paragraph 7 is amended as follows:
"(7) The Director of the Basin Directorate issued a permit for use of water subject to the selected contractor under par. 6 for removal of alluvial deposits in connection with the activities provided for cleaning the riverbed. The modalities for granting the permit, its contents and the contents of the technical design of seizure shall be determined in accordance with Art. 135, para. 1, p. 1a. "
