DECREE NO. 5,070, OF May 6, 2004

Disposes about the inclusion, in the National Disestatization Program-PND, of energy transmission ventures Electrical integral of the Basic Network of the National Interconnected System, determines to the National Electrical Energy Agency-ANEEL the promotion and follow-up of the bidding processes of these grants and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam included in the National Disestatization Programme-PND, for the purposes of Law No. 9,491 of September 9, 1997, the following Electrical power transmission ventures integral to the Basic Network of the National Interconnected System:

I-NORTHEAST SYSTEM: Transmission Line Miracles-Coremas, 2º circuit, at 230 kV, in the State of the Havens;

II-SOUTHEAST SYSTEM:

a) Macaé-Campos Transmission Line, 3º circuit, at 345 kV, in the State of Rio de Janeiro;

b) Furnas Transmission Line- Pepper, 2º circuit, at 345 kV, in the State of Minas Gerais; and

c) Line of Transmission Itutinga-Judge from Outside, at 345 kV, in the State of Minas Gerais;

III-SOUTHERN SYSTEM:

a) Transmission Line Ivaiporan-Londrina, 2nd circuit, at 525 kV, in the State of Paraná; and

b) Transmission Line Campos New-Blumenau, 2nd circuit, at 525 kV, in the State of Santa Catarina;

IV-CENTER-WEST SYSTEM: Ribeiral-Barra Transmission Line of the Fish, at 230 kV, double circuit, in the State of Mato Grosso;

V-INTERCONNECTION OF SOUTHEAST AND CENTRAL-WESTERN SYSTEMS:

a) Spring Port-Golden Transmission Line, at 230 kV, in the States of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul; and

b) Transmission Line Spring-Imbirussu, at 230 kV, in the States of São Paulo Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul.

Single paragraph. The electric power transmission ventures referred to in this article comprise, still, the deployment and magnification of the associated substations.

Art. 2º Stay the National Electric Power Agency-ANEEL responsible for promoting the licitatory procedures for the contracting of public electric power transmission services and for the respective concession leasers of the ventures referred to in art. 1º of this Decree, in the terms of the one with the inciso II of the art. 3rd of Law No. 9,427 of December 26, 1996.

Art. 3º This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
