DECREE NO. 7,183, OF May 24, 2010

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives it the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Whereas the Government of the Federative Republic of the Brazil and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany celebrated, in Brasilia, on August 13, 2008, a Supplementary Adjustment, by Exchange of Notes, of the Agreement on Financial Cooperation on the Project " Central Small Construction Program Hydropower / Electrobrás ";

Whereas the National Congress approved this Adjustment Complementing through the Legislative Decree no 994, December 22, 2009;

Whereas the Supplementary Adjustment entered into international force on December 30, 2009, pursuant to the second paragraph of point 7 of the Note CGFIN/DAI/DE-I/02 PAIN-BRAS-RFA;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Supplemental Adjustment, by Exchange of Notes, of the Agreement on Financial Cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the Project "Construction Programme of Hydro-Hydroelectric Power Plants", celebrated in Brasilia, on August 13, 2008, apensed by copy to the present Decree, will be executed and fulfilled as entirely as it contains.

Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Supplementary Adjustment, as well as any supplementary adjustments that, pursuant to art. 49, inciso I, of the Constitution, carries charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
