Changes the Investment Budget, to 2000, for inclusion of the value of R$ 21,300,000.00 in favor of the Docas Company of the State of São Paulo- CODESP, for the purposes it specifies.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, with a view to the authorisation contained in the art. 12, inciso II, of Law No. 9,969, of May 11, 2000.
DECRETA:
Art. 1º It changes the Investment Budget, to 2000, passed by Law No. 9,969, of May 11, 2000, for inclusion of value R$ 21,300,000.00 (twenty one million and three hundred thousand reais), in favour of the company Docas of the State of São Paulo-CODESP, to meet the constant schedule of Annex I to this Decree, in due process of the special credit reopened by the Decree of 11 July 2000.
Art. 2º The resources required for the implementation of the provisions of the previous article come from Union aports, by title of participation in the capital of the company, as indicated in?Table Synthesis by Revenue? constant of Annex I to this Decree.
Art. 3º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
