DECREE OF August 20, 2012

Altera the art. 1 ° of the Decree of July 14, 2010, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named Farm Monte das Oliveiras, situated in the Municipality of Victoria of Conquest, State of the Bahia.

THE PRESIDING OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, caput, inciso IV, and 184, caput, of the Constitution, and in the terms of the art. 2 ° of the Supplementary Act n ° 76 of July 6, 1993, arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and art. 2 ° of Law No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1 ° The Decree of July 14, 2010, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named Farm Monte das Oliveiras, located in the Municipality of Victoria of Conquest, State of Bahia, goes on to invigorate with the following changes:

" Art. 1 ° It is declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named Farm Monte das Oliveiras, with registered area of three thousand, two hundred and ninety three hectares, eighty five airs and ninety three centiars, and area measure of three thousand, two hundred and seventy and three hectares, fifty and one ares and two centiars, situated in the Municipality of Victoria of Conquest, State of Bahia, object of the Registers n ° R-1-45.811; n ° R-1-45.889, fls. 134, Book 340; n ° R-2-45.807, fls. 26, Book 171; n ° R-1-45.888, fls. 134, Book 337; n ° R-1-45,887, fls. 132, Book 340; n ° R-2-26.581, fls. 167, Book 336; n ° R-2-37.937, fls. 167, Book 336; n ° R-4-29, fls. 165v, Book 336; n ° R-3-5.660, fls. 25, Book 171; n ° R-1-15.904, fls. 27, Book 171; and Averbation n ° AV-8-14.966, of the Estate Registry Office of the Comarch of Victory of Conquest, State of Bahia (Case INCRA/SR-05/n ° 54160.002076 /2009-11). Art. 2 ° This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
