DECREE OF September 14, 2010

Gives new essay to art. 1^o of the Decree of August 31, 2009, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Grajaú?, situated in the Municipality of Crateús, State of Ceará.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon you the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2^o of the Supplemental Act n^o 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act n^o 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2^o of the Law n^o 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o The art. 1^o of the Decree of August 31, 2009, published from the Official Journal of the Union of 1^o of September 2009, Section 1, page 4, which declares of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Grajaú?, situated in the Municipality of Crateús, State of Ceará, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. 1^does Stay declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Grajaú?, with registered area of six hundred and forty-nine hectares, seventy ares and twelve centiars and measured area of six hundred and forty-nine hectares, thirty-three airs and fifties and four centiars, situated in the Municipality of Crateús, object of the Registration n^o R-2-796, Book 2-C, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Crateús, State of Ceará (Process INCRA/SR-02/n^o 54130.000662 /2008-99).? (NR)

Art. 2^o This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
