I do know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, José Sarney, President, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

R E S O L U Ç Ã °- 21, DE 2012

Altera o § 2º of the art. 32 of Resolution No. 43, of 2001, of the Federal Senate, to enhance procedures for the instruction of credit operations and granting guarantees.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º O § 2 ° of the art. 32 of Resolution No. 43, 2001, of the Federal Senate, passes the invigoration with the following essay:

§ 2º The states, the Federal District, and the Municipalities are required to promote, together with the National Cadastro of the Legal Perperson (CNPJ), until the June 30, 2013, the binding of all CNPJs of their administrative units or bodies that do not have legal personality of their own to the CNPJ principal of the borrower entity of the credit operation.

Art. 2º This Resolution comes into effect on the date of its publication.
