I get to know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

R E S O L U Ç Ã

No. 30, DE 2001

Authorizes the Municipality of Juiz de Fora? MG to hire credit operation with ABN AMRO Real S.A. Bank? Leasing, worth R$ 1,200,000.00 (one million and two hundred thousand reais), for renewal of the Municipality's fleet of vehicles.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º Is the Municipality of Juiz de Fora? MG authorized to hire credit operation with ABN AMRO Real S.A. Bank? Leasing, worth R$ 1,200,000.00 (one million and two hundred thousand reais), for renewal of the Municipality's Fleet of vehicles.

Single paragraph. The resources to be contracted are intended for the acquisition of the Municipality's motorized vehicle fleet, including machinery, equipment, light and heavy vehicles.

Art. 2º The credit operation referred to in art. 1º will have the following financial conditions:

I? value of operation: R$ 1,200,000.00 (one million and two hundred thousand reais);

II? interest rate: 3.00% a.m. (three percent to the month) pre-fixad;

III? monetary update: there is not;

IV? deadline: 48 (forty-eight) months;

V? guarantees:? well leased? and quotas-parts of the ICMS and FPM;

VI? purpose: leasing for vehicles;

VII? release: year 2001.

Single paragraph. The release dates of the resources, as well as the payment of the principal and the financial burdens, may be changed depending on the date of signing of the contracts.

Art. 3º The permission granted by this Resolution is to be exercised within the maximum period of 270 (two hundred and seventy) days, counted from the date of its publication.

Art. 4º This Resolution comes into effect on the date of its publication.
