DECREE OF February 7, 2000.

Declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Tiradentes, Baraúna or Currais, Toca da Raposa, Queimada Redonda and San Francisco?, situated in the Municipality of Baraúna, State of Rio Grande do Norte, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that give you the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, and 2º of the Supplementary Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is stated to be of interest social, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters?a?,?b? ,?c? e?d?, and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the rural real estate named?Tiradentes, Baraúna or Currais, Toca da Raposa, Queimada Redonda and San Francisco?, with area of setecents and fifty two hectares and eighty-four airs, situated in the Municipality of Baraúna, object of the Registers R-1-373, fls. 073, Book 2-3; R-1-624, fls. 024, Book 2-6; R-3-225, fls. 025, Book 2-2; R-04-023, fls. 23, Book 02; R-1-506, fls. 06, Book 2-5; R-1-744, fls. 44, Book 2-7 and R-04-22, fls. 22, Book 02, all from the Single Judiciary Judiciary of Baraúna, Comarch of Mossoró, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the soothing, the machines and the agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeits in the immovable referred to in the previous article and belonging to those who will be benefited from it.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA gets authorized to promote the disappropriation of rural real estate from which it treats this Decree, in the form provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the Legal Reserve area provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferentially in gleba single, in such a way as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
