I do know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, José Sarney, President, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

RESOLUTION NO. 5, OF 2009

Altera the discipline of granting air passages to Senators.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º The Act of the Board of Directors No. 2, of 2009, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. 1º It becomes extinct the monthly locomotor costing quota used at the discretion of each Senator, provided for in the Acts of the Board of Directors Nos. 50 and 62, of 1988.

Art. 2º It is created the air transport appropriation of the Senators, corresponding to 5 air excerpts, round trip, from the capital of the State of origin to Brasilia.

§ 1º The appropriated amount in the caput of this article could be used by the parliament itself or by advisors, in the latter case upon communication to the Federal Senate Bureau, in all the national territory.

§ 2º The use of the quota provided in this Act will be published in the electronic site of the Federal Senate, within ninety days from the end of the month to which it is referred.

§ 3º For the representative of the Federal District, the amount of which treats the caput will be corresponding to the value granted to Senator representative of Goiás.

§ 4º There will be no accumulation, of a financial year for the following, of the appropriated amount in the caput of this article.

Art. 3º Become extinct the supplementary quotas due to the members of the Bureau and Partisan Leads.

Art. 4º Shall Fit to the General Directorate the adoption of the necessary measures for the implementation and operation of the willing in this Act.

Art. 5º Repeal the Acts of the Director Commission 50 and 62, of 1988.? (NR)

Art. 2º This Resolution comes into effect on the date of its publication.
