Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Land Votouro, located in the Municipality of Benjamin Constant of the South, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to art. 19, § 1º of Law No. 6,001 of December 19, 1973 and the art. 5º of Decree No. 1,775, of January 8, 1996; 0

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Foundation of the Indian-FUNAI, da indian land intended for the permanent possession of the indigenous Kaingang group, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Land named Votouro, with surface of three thousand, three hundred and one hectares, nine airs and seventy seven centiars and perimeter of twenty-and six thousand, thirty-nine meters and nineteen centimeters, situated in the Municipality of Benjamin Constant of the South, State of Rio Grande do Sul, circumscribes to the following limits: NORTH: departing from the milestone MC-07, of geodetic geographical coordinates 27º25?41, 8046?S and 52º40? Art. 2º The indigenous land of which it treats this Decree, situated on the border strip, submits itself to the provisions of the art. 20, § 2º, of the Constitution.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
