Disposes on the remandment of the posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superiors Superiors-DAS that mentions, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confers it on art. 84, incisos IV and VI, of the Constitution,
DECRETA:
Art. 1º Ficam remanded, in the form of this article and of Annex I to this Decree, of the Registry of Management, of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, coming from extinct bodies of the Federal Public Administration, for the Ministry of Transport, two posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superiors-DAS, being: a DAS 101.2 and a DAS 102.5.
Art. 2º As per the provisions of the previous article, Annex II to the Decree No 1,642 of September 25, 1995, passes the vigour in the form of Annex II to this Decree.
Art. 3º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
Art. 4º Ficam revoked the Decree No. 2,787 of September 28, 1998 and the inciso XIV of Decree No. 3,365, of February 16, 2000.
