DECREE OF December 21, 2009.

Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Land Are Sundays of the Jacapari and Station, located in the Municipalities of Jutaí and Tonantins, in the State of Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, at the use of the assignment that gives you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the arts. 19, § 1st, of the Law No. 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and 5th of the Decree no 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It gets homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Foundation of the India-FUNAI, from Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the Kokama Indigenous Group, described below: the Indigenous Land named St. Sundays of the Jacapari and Station, with surface of one hundred and thirty-four thousand, seven hundred and eighty-one hectares, seventy-five ares and twelve centiars and perimeter of one hundred and sixty-three thousand, nine hundred and sixty metres and ninety-five centimetres, situated in the Municipalities of Jutaí and Tonantins, in the State of Amazonas, circumscribes to the following limits: departing from the landmark SAT-02 (of the Indigenous Land São Sebastião), from geodetic coordinates 02 ° 46 ' 33, 1638?S and 67 ° 34 ' 58, 6470?WGr, located on the right bank of the Solimões River, follows downstream by this to the point P-02, from approximate geodetic coordinates 02 ° 45 ' 54.7?S and 67 ° 31'55,7?WGr, located at the confluence of an undenomination paraná; hence, it follows by an imaginary line, crossing the said paraná, up to the point P-03, of approximate geodetic coordinates 02 ° 45 ' 51.4?S and 67 ° 31'51,2?WGr, located at its other margin; hence, follows downstream by the Solimões River, up to the point P-04, of approximate geodetic coordinates 02 ° 45 ' 31.8?S and 67 ° 30 ' 19.7?WGr, located at the confluence of the Paraná Jacapari;
