DECREE OF November 13, 2002

Dislays on the deployment of the Federal Center for Technological Education of Saint Vincent of the South and gives others providencies.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of President of the Republic, using the assignment that confers you the art. 84, incisus IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of Law No. 8,948 of December 8, 1994,

D And C R And T A :

Art. 1º Stay implanted the Federal Center for Technological Education of Saint Vincent of the South, upon transformation and change of denomination of the municipality Agrotechnical School of São Vicente do Sul.

Art. 2º The internal regiment of the said School, approved in accordance with the provisions of the Decree No. 2,548 of April 15, 1998, is kept for the Federal Centre for Technological Education of Saint Vincent of the South, until its review, within the maximum period of one hundred and eighty days.

Art. 3º The Federal Center for Technological Education of São Vicente do Sul has the time frame of up to two years for its suitability for the terms of the institutional project approved by the Ministry of Education.

Art. 4º The Director General of the Federal Agrotechnical School of Saint Vicente do Sul is held in the post of Director General of the Federal Center for Technological Education of Saint Vincent of the South, as provided for in the art. 7º of Law No. 8,948 of December 8, 1994.

Art. 5º This Decree comes into force in the date of its publication.
