DECREE OF April 19, 2007.

Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Land Itixi Mitari, located in the Municipalities of Anori, Beruri and Tapauá, in the State of Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the arts. 19, § 1st, of the Law No. 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and 5th of the Decree no 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 2nd It is revoked the Decree no 274 of October 29, 1991, which homologates the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Red Earth Area, of possession of the same Apurinan indigenous group, with surface of six thousand, nine hundred and twenty-eight hectares, twenty-one airs and eighteen centiars, by incidence on the boundaries of the Indigenous Land Itixi Mitari.

Art. 3rd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
