DECREE OF August 20, 2012

Altera the art. 1 ° of the Decree of November 19, 2009, which declares of social interest, for purposes of land reform, rural real estate named Fazenda Cajuba, situated in the Municipalities of Nova Soure and Tucano, State of Bahia.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, caput, inciso IV, and 184, caput, of the Constitution, and in the terms of the art. 2 ° of the Supplementary Act n ° 76 of July 6, 1993, arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and art. 2 ° of Law No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1 ° The Decree of November 19, 2009, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named Fazenda Cajuba, located in the Municipalities of Nova Soure and Tucano, State of Bahia, passes the vigour with the following changes:

" Art. 1 ° It is declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named Fazenda Cajuba, with registered area of eighteen thousand, three hundred and ninety seven hectares, twenty-five airs and forty-five centiars, area measured seventeen thousand, six hundred and eighty three hectares, ninety-seven airs and three centiars, and area targeted of fifteen thousand, six hundred and thirty-two hectares, sixty five airs and ninety-four centiars, situated in the Municipalities of Nova Soure and Tucano, State of Bahia, object of the Matriculation n ° 341, fls. 73, Book 2-B, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of New Soure, State of Bahia (Case INCRA/SR-05/n ° 54160.001635 /2005-33). Art. 2 ° This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
