DECREE NO. 8,340, OF November 13, 2014

Promulgate the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of the Brazil and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation 2003/2005/2006, firmed in Brasilia on May 14, 2008.

The VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and Considering that Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation 2003/2005/2006 was struck in Brasilia on May 14- 2008;

Whereas the National Congress has approved the Agreement through the Legislative Decree paragraph 700 of October 7, 2009; and

Whereas the Agreement entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on October 27, 2009, pursuant to its Article 5;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is promulgated the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Financial Cooperation 2003/2005/2006, in Brasilia, on May 14, 2008, annex to this Decree.

Paragraph single. The Agreement referred to in the caput shall be executed and complied with in full in its terms.

Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and supplementary adjustments that carry charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage, in the terms of the art. 49, caput, inciso I, of the Constitution.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
