DECREE NO. 6,876, OF June 8, 2009.

Discriminates actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration program to be performed through mandatory transfer.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 2o of the Law no 11,578, of November 26, 2007, and in the proposal of the Gestor Committee of the Growth Acceleration Programme-CGPAC, of May 27, 2009,

DECRETA:

Art. 1o Are mandatory the transfers to the federated ones, necessary to the execution of the actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration program, constants of the Annex to this Decree, without prejudice to the provisions of the Decrees nos 6,807, of March 25, 2009, 6,714, December 29, 2008, 6,694, December 15, 2008, 6,450, May 8, 2008, 6,326, and 6,276, of 28 of november 2007.

Art. 2the Compete to the organ or entity of the federal public administration to which the budget allocation relating to the constant action of the Annex to the analysis and formal approval of the term of commitment of which it deals with § 1o of the art is being achieved. 3o of Law no 11,578, of November 26, 2007.

Single paragraph. In the hypothesis that the mandatory transfer takes effect through institution or federal public financial agent, acting as the Union's mandatary, it will fit those entities with the approval of which it treats the caput.

Art. 3o Caberá to the Gestor Committee of the Acceleration Program of the Growth-CGPAC releases on site on the Internet the relation of the shares of which it treats art. 2º of the Act in 11,578, 2007, as well as promote the updates due in that relationship, including with regard to changes in the programmatic functionals arising from budget law and its additional credits.

Art. 4o This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
