Disposes on the creation of effective proofing positions and commissioned functions in the Office of the Registry Personnel of the Registry of the Regional Labour Court of the 5^the Region.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I make it known that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1^o Ficam created in the Board of Personnel of the Registry of the Regional Labour Court of the 5^a Region the effective positions set out in Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2^o Ficam created in the Court's Office of the Court's Office of Personnel Regional Work of the 5^a Region the commissioned functions set out in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3^o The expenses arising from the execution of this Law will run into the account of the budget appropriations consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the 5^the Region in the General Budget of the Union.

Art. 4^o This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
