DECREE OF November 9, 2006.

Declara of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Farmhouse Brejo or Brejinho e Baliza?, situated in the Municipality of Bonópolis, State of Goiás, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 18 and 20 of the Act No 4,504 of November 30, 1964, 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993, and 2nd of the Supplementary Act no 76, of July 6, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named "Brejo or Brejinho e Baliza", with area of a thousand, seven hundred and five hectares, sixty-eight airs and fifty five centiars, situated in the Municipality of Bonópolis, object of the Records in the R-6-3.240, fls. 76, Book 2-M, and R-7-3.240, fls. 76, Book 2-M, of the Estate Registration Office, Comarch of Porangatu, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.000636 /2006-61).

Art. 2nd This Decree, regardless of discrimination or fundraising, does not hear particular indennial effects, concerning public domain areas constituted by law or registration and to areas of private domain collected by nullity, prescription, comb or ineffectiveness operated solely for the benefit of any legal person of public law, excepted the benfeits of good faith in them existing previously to the science of the beginning of the administrative procedure, excluding still from its effects the soothing, the machines, agricultural implements and any benfeitory introduced by anyone who comes to benefit from it.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA, attested to private dominial legitimacy, is allowed to promote the impropriation of the rural real estate of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation, provided for in Law no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
