Disposes on the creation of effective pavement posts in the Personnel Board of the Secretariat of the Regional Labour Court of the 14a Region.

I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º Stay created, in the Board of Staff of the Secretariat of the Regional Labour Court of the 14ª Region, based in the city of Porto Velho, State of Rondônia, 10 (ten) effective proofing positions of Judicial Analyst, Judicial Area, Specialty Execution of Mandates.

§ 1º The creation of the posts provided for in this Act shall be conditional upon its express authorization in the annual annex of the annual budget law with the respective endowment sufficient for its first flooring, in the terms of § 1º of the art. 169 of the Federal Constitution.

§ 2º If the permit and the respective budget resources are sufficient only for partial provisioning of the posts, the balance of the authorization and of the respective appropriations for its provement shall appear in the Annex to the budget law corresponding to the financial year in which they are deemed to be created and provided.

Art. 2º The financial resources arising from the implementation of this Act shall run to the account of the budgetary allocations consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the 14ª Region in the general budget of the Union.

Art. 3º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
