DECREE OF April 10, 2007.

Declares of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions, and gives others providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that give it the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam declared from social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the following rural real estate:

I-?Pontal farm of the Stars Lot 01?, with area of a thousand, seven hundred and thirty-three hectares, eighty seven airs and fifty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Araguaçu, object of the Registry in the R-11-2.154, fls. 55v, Book 2-I, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Araguaçu, State of the Tocantins (Process INCRA/SR-26/no 54400.001168 /2005-71);

II-?Farmland Forest Lot in the 12-part?, with area of a thousand, one hundred and thirty hectares, two ares and forty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Araguaçu, object of the Registry in the R-24-1.981, fls. 38v, Book 2-M, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Araguaçu, State of the Tocantins (Process INCRA/SR-26/no 54400.000904 /2006-55);

III-?Pontal farm of the Stars Lot 02?, with area of a thousand, two hundred and forty seven hectares, thirty-two airs and fifty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Araguaçu, object of the Registry in the R-11-2.155, fls. 56v, Book 2-I, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Araguaçu, State of the Tocantins (Process INCRA/SR-26/no 54400.001167 /2005-27); and

IV-?Farm Site?, with area of three thousand, two hundred and eighty-three hectares, eighteen ares and seventy seven centiars, situated in the Municipality of Palmas, object of the Records in the R-4-92.321, Book 2, of the Estate Registry Office of the Comarch of Palmas; R-1-2.623, fls. 165, Book 2-J; R-1-5.846; Matriculation 4,475, fls. 220, Book 2-Q; and Transcript 7,627, fls. 91, Book 3-N, of the Estate Registration Office of the National Port Comarch, State of the Tocantins (Case INCRA/SR-26/no 54400.001626 /2006-53).

Art. 2nd This Decree, regardless of discrimination or fundraising, no outoring particular compensation effects, in respect of areas of public domain consisting of law or registration, and to areas of private domain picked up by nullity, prescription, comb or ineffectiveness operated exclusively for the benefit of any legal person of public law, excepted the good faith benfeons in them existing previously to the science of the beginning of the administrative procedure, excluding still from their effects the agricultural and agricultural implements and any benfeitory introduced by anyone who comes to benefit from their targeting.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA, attested to private dominial legitimacy of the respective planimetry areas, is allowed to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Law No 76, of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal reserve and permanent preservation provided for in the Law no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
