Promulgate the Agreement between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic Argentina on Linked Border Locations, firmed in Puerto Iguazú, on November 30, 2005.
THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers it on art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and
Considering that it was struck the Agreement between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Argentine Republic on Linked Border Sites, in Puerto Iguazú, on November 30, 2005;
Whereas the National Congress has approved the Agreement through Legislative Decree No. 145, of June 2, 2011; and
Considering that the Agreement entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, in 7 of is July 2011, pursuant to its Article XII;
DECRETA:
Art. 1º It gets promulgated the Agreement between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Argentine Republic on Linked Border Localities, firmed in Puerto Iguazú, on November 30, 2005, annex to this Decree.
Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and supplementary adjustments that entail burdens or commitments gravy to the national heritage, in the terms of the inciso I do caput of art. 49 of the Constitution.
Art. 3º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
