Gives new essay to art. 1st of the Decree of September 2, 2009, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Farm Córrego Red / Cubatão or Córrego do Cubatão?, situated in the Municipality of Goiás, State of Goiás, and gives other arrangements

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The art. First of the Decree of September 2, 2009, published in the Official Journal of the Union of September 3, 2009, Section 1, page 11, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Farm Córrego Red / Cubatão or Córrego do Cubatão?, situated in the Municipality of Goiás, State of Goiás, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. 1º Is it declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, rural real estate named?Red Córrego / Cubatão or Córrego do Cubatão?, with registered area of novecents and twenty-four hectares, forty-seven airs and eight centiars and measured area of eight hundred and ninety and two hectares, twenty airs and nineteen centiars, situated in the Municipality of Goiás, object of the Records in the R-3-676, Book 2; R-1-717, Ficha 01, Book 2; and Matriculation in the 17,516, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Goiás, State of Goiás (Case INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.000713 /2008-44).? (NR)

Art. 2º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
