DECREE NO. 8,050, OF July 11, 2013

Promulgating the Treaty on the Transfer of Condensed Persons or Subject to Special regimes, between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of Panama, firmed in the Panama City, on August 10, 2007.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Whereas the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of Panama firmed, in Panama City, on August 10, 2007, the Treaty on Transfer of Condensed Persons or Subject to Special regimes,

Whereas the National Congress passed the Treaty by means of the Legislative Decree No. 130 of May 26, 2011, and

Whereas the Treaty entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on June 29, 2011, pursuant to paragraph 1º of its Article 16,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is promulgated the Treaty on the Transfer of Condensed Persons or Subject to Special Regimes, struck between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Republic of Panama in Panama City, on August 10, 2007, annex to this Decree.

Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Treaty and supplementary adjustments that entail gravy charges or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution.

Art. 3º- This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
