DECREE NO. 4,470, OF November 13, 2002-1ª PART

Altera the Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VII, XII, XIII and XIV of Decree No. 4,120, of February 7, 2002, and gives other providencies.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of President of the Republic, using the assignment that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 9º, § 1º, of the Supplementary Law No. 101 of May 4, 2000, combined with art. 18 of Law No. 10,266, of July 24, 2001,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, XIII and XIV of Decree No 4,120 of February 7, 2002 in their current essay shall become the constants of Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, V, VII, VIII and IX of this Decree, respectively.

Art. 2º The State Ministers of Planning, Budget and Management and Finance will be able to, by means of interministerial portionery, extend the limits of which they treat the Annexes referred to in the arts. 1º and 5º of Decree No. 4,120, of 2002, provided that they do not undertake the achievement of the primary outcome target set for the current exercise and the magnification does not exceed:

I-R$ 207,000,000.00 (two hundred and seven million reais), in the case of the Annexes I, II and III of this Decree; and

II-R$ 564,000,000.00 (five-hundred and sixty-four million reais), in the case of Annexes IV, V, VI, VII of this Decree.

Art. 3º The demonstration of the compatibility between the boundaries of movement and commitment and payment and the fulfilment of the primary surplus target set out in Law No. 10,266 of July 24, 2001, of which it treats Annex XII to Decree No. 4,120 of 2002, is shown in Annex X of this Decree, in replacement to Annex X to Decree No. 4,415, of October 8, 2002.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
