DECREE OF September 22, 2010

Gives new essay to art. 1^o of the Decree of June 24, 2009, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Gravatá?, situated in the Municipality of Pocinhos, State of Paraíba, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that give him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2^o of the Supplemental Act n^o 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act n^o 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2^o of the Law n^o 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o The art. 1^o of the Decree of June 24, 2009, published in the Official Journal of the Union of June 25, 2009, Section 1, page 2, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Gravatá?, situated in the Municipality of Pocinhos, State of Paraíba, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. 1^does Stay declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Gravatá?, with registered area of thousand and forty-nine hectares and eighteen ares, and measured area of one thousand and fifty-five hectares, thirty-three airs and seventy five centiars, situated in the Municipality of Pocinhos, object of the Matriculation n^o 4,993, fls. 93, Book 2-AA; Transcripts n^os 4,332, fls. 137, Book 3-F; 5,177, fls. 76, Book 3-G; 3,551, fls. 185, Book 3-E; 3,736, fls. 31, Book 3-F; and Registers n^os R-3-3.775, fls. 149, Book 2-S; and R-3-3.773, fls. 147, Book 2-S, all from the Cartoire of the Single Oftice of the Comarch of Pocinhos, State of the Paraíba (Process INCRA/SR-18/n^o 54320.000405 /2008-10).? Art. 2^o This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
