DECREE OF June 23, 2003.

Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Badjonkôre Indigenous Land, located in the Municipalities of Cumarú do Norte and Sao Félix do Xingu, in the State of Pará.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the arts. 19, § 1º, of the Law no 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and 5º of the Decree no 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Indigenous Foundation-FUNAI of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the indigenous Kayapó group, described below: the Indigenous Land named Badjonkôre, with surface of two hundred and twenty-one thousand, nine hundred and eighty and one hectares, sixty and three airs and seventy three centiars and perimeter of two hundred and nineties and three thousand, twenty-six meters and seven centimeters, situated in the Municipalities of Cumarú of the North and Are Félix of the Xingu, in the State of Pará, circumscribes to the following limits: NORTH: departing from the milestone MC-19, of geodetic coordinates 08 ° 37 '48, 71 " S and 52 ° 17' 10, 68" WGr., located at the confluence of the Xingu River with the Igarapé do TraIran, follows by the margin left of this, upstream, up to the milestone SAT-MA-18A, of geodetic coordinates 08 ° 41'13, 3229 "S and 51 ° 47 03,5315" WGr;
