DECREE OF July 5, 2006.

Declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

The PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam declared from social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters? a?,? b?,? c? e? d?, and 20, inciso VI, of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of the Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-?Bridges of the Days?, with area of eight hundred and eighty and seven hectares, thirty airs and twenty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Penedo, object of the Records in the R-4-788, fls. 95, Book 2-G; and R-3-3.254, fls. 22, Book 2-AH, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Penedo, State of Alagoas (Process INCRA/SR-22/no 54360.000935 /2005-49);

II-?Farm Sussuato?, with area of four hundred and eighty four hectares, situated in the Municipality of São Luiz do Norte, object of the Registry in the R-4-3.664, fls. 138, Book 2-N, from the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Itapaci, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.001211 /2005-98);

III-?Santa Lucia farmhouse?, with area of a thousand, three hundred and twenty-two hectares, ninety ares and sixty-two centiars, situated in the Municipality of Sidrolândia, object of the Matriculation in the 10,487, Ficha 01, Book 2, of the Estate Registry Office of the Comarch of Sidrolândia, State of Mato Grosso do Sul (Case INCRA/SR-16/no 54290.001599 /2005-22);

IV -?Farmhouse Marciano?, with area of eight hundred and eighty and three hectares, situated in the Municipality of Ibimirim, object of the Matriculation on the 1,586, fls. 50v, Book 3-G, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Inajá, State of Pernambuco (Process INCRA/SR-29/no 54141.000369 /2005-50);

V-?Farmland Tiririca?, with area of a thousand hectares, situated in the Municipality of Tacaratu, object of the R-2-721 Registry, fls. 37, Book 2-F, from the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Tacaratu, State of Pernambuco (Process INCRA/SR-29/no 54141.001310 /2005-29); and

VI-?Juazeiro farmhouse?, with area of a thousand, three hundred and seventy hectares, seventy-four airs and fifty seven centiars, situated in the Municipality of Altos, object of the Records in the R-3-2.738, fls. 57, Book 2-I; R-1-2.922, fls. 150, Book 2-L; R-1-4.059, fls. 130, Book 2-N; R-1-3.940, fls. 70, Book 2-N; R-3-454, fls. 201v, Book 2-A; R-1-3.481, fls. 136, Book 2-M; R-1-2.492, fls. 160, Book 2-J; and R-2-1.758, fls. 17, Book 2-F, of the Carthorium of the 1st Offer of the Comarch of Altos, State of the Piauí (Process INCRA/SR-24/no 54380.001300 /2004-40).

Art. 2nd Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the machines and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in art. 1st and belonging to those who will be benefited from their destination.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Reserva Legal and permanent preservation provided for in the Law no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
