DECREE NO. 4,351, OF August 27, 2002

Promulga the Supplemental Adjustment to the Basic Congenium of Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for Turistic Cooperation, celebrated in Caracas, on February 8, 2000.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso VIII, of the Constitution,

Considering that the Government of the Federative Republic of the Brazil and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela celebrated, in Caracas, on February 8, 2000, a Complementary Adjustment to the Basic Convent Of Technical Cooperation for Turistic Cooperation;

Whereas the National Congress passed this Supplementary Adjustment through the Legislative Decree No. 54, 25 of april 2002;

Whereas the Supplementary Adjustment entered into force on May 21 of 2002;

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The Supplemental Adjustment to the Basic Congenic of Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic Federative of Brazil and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for Turistic Cooperation, celebrated in Caracas, on February 8, 2000, apensed by copy to the present Decree, will be executed and fulfilled as entirely as in it if contains.

Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Supplementary Adjustment, as well as any supplementary adjustments which, pursuant to the incisant I of art. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
